Artificial Intelligence

Artificial Intelligence is defined as the ability of a machine to perform tasks that would typically require human intelligence. It is categorized into Narrow AI (also known as Weak AI) and General AI (also known as Strong AI). Narrow AI is more prevalent today, powering applications like virtual assistants, recommendation systems, and self-driving cars.

On the other hand, General AI is still in the research and development stage and aims to create a machine that can think, reason, and learn on its own, just like a human

AI Applications

Artificial Intelligence is already being used in various industries for a wide range of tasks. For example, in healthcare, AI is powering diagnostic tools like IBM Watson, helping physicians make more accurate diagnoses. In finance, AI is used to detect fraudulent transactions and flag suspicious activity.

In transportation, AI is used to power autonomous vehicles like Waymo. In entertainment, AI is used to create music, generate artwork, and even write scripts. It is also powering the personalized recommendations we see on streaming platforms like Netflix and Spotify.

Chat GPT is a cutting-edge conversational AI tool developed by OpenAI. This powerful tool has the ability to engage in human-like conversations and can generate text that is indistinguishable from human writing. It can answer questions, generate creative content, summarize documents, and even provide emotional support.

These AI tools are in mostly development phase, their answers may be wrong at certain times, keep this in mind

Chat GPT can provide concise summaries of web pages and links, making it easier to get an overview of complex topics

Prompt: "Please summarize the key points of this article "

Example 2 - Answering complex questions

Chat GPT can generate detailed answers or explanations for intricate questions related to various subjects.

Prompt: "Please explain the concept of quantum computing in simple terms."

Likely answer: The summary would be: "Quantum computing is a type of computing that uses the laws of quantum mechanics to process information. It can be used to solve complex problems that are difficult or impossible to solve with traditional computers.

Likely Answer: ஷார்ப் அல்லது சார்ப் விகிதம் மற்றும் சோர்ட்டினோ விகிதத்தின் இடைவெளி …….

Currently chat GPT is excellent in English language and the Tamil out puts are average, because maybe it has limited training data

Chat GPT facilitates generating responses that maintain the context and continuity of a conversation or dialogue.

Prompt "Continue the conversation based on this previous message or dialogue."

Few chat bots are good in keeping continuity in conversation where as something is not good are up to the mark in this regard

In the above example, prompt like Just improve, no stories will help to get precise message from earlier prompt

Example 7 - Set AI to your requirements

In New Bing: customization of AI models to personalize responses or tailor them to specific needs or preferences

Three modes available in the new Bing 1. Creative, 2. Balanced, 3. Precise - we can choose as per our requirement; the output will change with respect to the choice

Example 8 - Fixing errors in Excel function usage

Chat GPT can help in identifying and rectifying errors in Excel formulas or functions, improving accuracy and efficiency.

Prompt "Identify and correct the errors in this Excel formula or function."

Likely answer: You can try using a nested `IF` function as an alternative to the `IFS` function:
